Command Fitness Leader
SSRG members are REQUIRED to participate in 1 Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA) per Calendar Year. Members are to be mindful that all paperwork must include the Command’s Fitness Leader’s (CFL) and Observer(s) signatures. Please remember that prior to participating in the PFA, you must have a current PHA and PARF-Q. The PHA must be completed with Medical and the PARF-Q MUST be completed in PRIMS (Hard Copies are NO LONGER ACCEPTED). The PHA must be done within a year of your PFA and the PARF-Q must be completed online in PRIMS within the same Cycle prior to your PFA. When filling out your PARFQ, if you require a Medical Waiver for the PRT portion of the PFA, please print the PARF-Q after you have saved it and have it signed by Medical with the corresponding blocks checked for Waiver. Also, there is no instruction to get a PFA waiver due to extensive sailing. If you do not require a Medical Waiver, you DO NOT have to print out your PARF-Q, simply save and you are done.

PFA Cycle 2: July – December
ONLY OFFICIAL BCA FORMS NAVPERS 6110.10 (Rev 2-18) and PRT FORMS NAVPERS 6110.11 (Rev 2-18) WILL BE ACCEPTED.
