How to apply for mobilization:

1. Go to the Volunteer Portal (CAC required):

2. Submit a "Volunteer to Mobilize" form. Choose the following from the "Desired Duty":

- Desired Duty: "O" NE-1826-0182 DECLASSIFICATION REVIEW TEAM (DRT) SUPPORT/EDITOR (SOUTHCOM AOR)

3. VWA Form:

If you have mobilized in the last 5 years, sign and attach the Volunteer Waiver Form to your submission in the Volunteer Portal. Obtain the form from the link below (CAC required) and enter your personal information and the Noble Eagle number and NOSC Report Date listed below. Sign sections "A" and "B" digitally using your CAC certificate or print, sign manually, and scan to a PDF. Attach the signed waiver by clicking the paperclip shaped button "Attach File Here" in the Volunteer to Mobilize portal.
