7. Description: Action Officer with anticipated transfer (fleet up) to Policy and Assessments Branch Head. Must be skilled in collaboration and thrive in a teamwork environment. Must be able to transition easily between working in detail-oriented and strategy environments. Must be a highly effective communicator, able to express ideas clearly and succinctly to the appropriate audience verbally, in writing, or via whitepapers or PowerPoint briefings. Data analysis and/or project management experience is a plus but not required. Proven leadership experience required.  Portfolio of work includes addressing any issues, conducting surveys, assessing survey results, contributing content to monthly or quarterly navy–wide reports, and leading or supporting working groups between stakeholders from the Ech I to Ech IV level.
